Have you ever wondered how Lake Champlain is being tested for the presence of Cyanobacteria? How do farmers select the best crop of ryegrass with a higher biomass yield? Do you know that to increase the profitability of dairy and beef cattle production, semen is sexed? How do we assess if vaccines (e.g., for Covid) may protect us or not? Scientists use flow cytometry technology to address all these issues and many others! Through dynamic and fun models and games, we will learn about flow cytometry technology.
